1. Definitions & Applicability

In this document, "bk365", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the bk365 online gaming service. "User", "player", or "you" refers to any person who has created or intends to create an account on bk365.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus; total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Another example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit); total balance will be ৳37,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date. If not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• bk365 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bk365 is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bk365's own rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of that round will be determined by the data recorded on the game provider's server.
• bk365 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error.

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Limitation of Liability

bk365 strives to provide uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, bk365 will not be liable in the following cases:

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be returned once wagering requirements have been met.
